At Looms Sports, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Remote Areas: May take slightly longer depending on courier service coverage.

Note: Delivery times may be affected during sales, promotions, holidays, or weather-related delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 200 – PKR 250

Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.

We may contact you via phone or SMS to confirm high-value COD orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress through our courier partner’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing the order.

If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
