Return & Exchange Policy

At Looms Sports, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and simple return and exchange process.


1. Eligibility Criteria

You can request a return or exchange if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

The item has not been damaged or altered after delivery

The product is not part of a clearance/sale, custom order, or non-returnable category


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Worn or washed clothing

Products with makeup, perfume, stains, or other signs of use

Innerwear, undergarments, socks (due to hygiene reasons)

Discounted or clearance items

Custom or personalized orders


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

For exchanges: desired size or item

Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.


4. Shipping Charges

If the return/exchange is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we’ll cover the shipping cost.

If the return/exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., size or color change), the customer will bear the return and re-shipping charges.
