Exchange Policy

At Looms Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with the item you received, we offer a simple and transparent exchange policy.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

The product is not a sale or clearance item

The item is not an innerwear or intimate item (due to hygiene reasons)

The item has not been damaged after delivery


2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

Order number

Product name

Reason for exchange

Desired size, color, or item

Our team will guide you on how to return the item.


  1. 3. Shipping Costs
  2. If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item, wrong size, or damaged product), we will cover the return and reshipping cost.
  3. If the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., change of size or color), the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.

  1. 4. Exchange Conditions
  2. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  3. Exchange availability is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not in stock, you may choose an alternative item or receive store credit.
  4. Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  3. Worn, washed, or damaged items
  4. Items returned after 7 days
  5. Sale or clearance items
  6. Innerwear, socks, or any hygiene-sensitive items
